New Delhi: On April 4, Hardnews hosted a conversation in association with German foundation- Friedrich Ebert Stiftung  (FES) on implications of German elections on Europe and India. It was an engaging conversation moderated by Hardnews Editor, Sanjay Kapoor. Others in the panel included eminent thinkers like, Marc SAXER, Prof Gulshan Sachdeva and FES India head Christoph Mohr.

The panelists speaking to a packed audience at Delhi’s Ambassador Hotel, touched many critical issues including how Germany and Europe had been rattled by Eurosceptic US President Donald Trump and his tariffs. Marc SAXER said that Germany. Which has been the reason for two big wars in the world may rearm itself. There were also suggestions that other countries of Europe may not just rearm themselves to protect itself from Russia, but also nuclearise themselves.
