Crime in Delhi is no longer being reported as it once was. It’s not that crime has decreased, but rather the definition of crimes that can outrage society is rapidly changing.

The conflict is separate to the Rohingya crisis in the west of the country, but security forces are similarly accused of committing frequent abuses against civilians.
